Venue & Setup

– Allowed locations:Private home or a private venue that permits movie setups.
– Public parks – Not permitted (No equipment allowed)
– Current venue that allows us :Ultimate Sky – Montana (R 170 entrance fee per person).

Clients are responsible for booking a venue within their budget and confirming that movie equipment is allowed.

Outdoor Movie Night Guidelines(3‑hour session)
1. Start time: Projector begins after sunset (or when it’s dark).
2. Movie choice: One movie, selected by the client.
3. Technical support: On‑site technician available.
4. Projector handling: No touching or moving the projector – any tampering stops the show.
5. Snacks & drinks: Popcorn and drinks offered, feel free to add more.
6. Comfort: Throw blankets & hot‑water bottles on request.
7. Venue rules: Follow any additional guidelines set by the location.
