1. How do I book a picnic?

You can book a picnic by visiting our website and completing the online booking form. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details.

2. How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking as soon as possible to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons.

3. What does the 50% deposit cover, and is it refundable?
  • The 50% deposit secures your reservation and covers initial setup costs. It is non-refundable, but if you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance.
4. What happens if it rains on the day of my picnic?

We monitor the weather and will contact you if the forecast looks unfavorable. In such cases, we offer a free rescheduling option.

5. How do I choose a location?

A: Choose from our recommended locations or provide your own. We cover Pretoria and Johannesburg.

6. Can I customize my picnic setup?

Absolutely! We offer a variety of décor themes and can accommodate specific requests. Please contact us at info@simplygifts.co.za to discuss customizations.

7. What's included in a picnic?

4 hour duration, customized color scheme, center pieces, picnic mat and pillows, tablescapes, cutlery. And other add ons depending on the selected picnic package.
